SAVANNAH – Mildred E. Searcey Jarrell, 89, died Sunday, October 27, 2013.
Born in Savannah on January 10, 1924, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Joseph Jarrell, Sr., and her brother, William Bill Searcey.
She is survived by four children, Alexandra Myers, George W. "Bill" Henry Colleen, Sidney J. "Joe" Jarrell, Jr. Karen, and Sherie Jarrell Kevin; a sister, Faye White of Port Richey, FL; 7 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 4, 2013, in Bonaventure Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Savannah, Inc.
